The Border League was created by Tim Keighley and Alan Ellwood to play league cricket on Sundays. The League now has their own web site. These pages are archived from when we carried all info regarding the league Hungerord Cricket Club Champions for 2005
Hungerford CC are champions of the 2nd Division for 2005. Here they are pictured after their match at Andover on 7th August. The Border League is a Sunday League for clubs around the Hampshire, Berkshire & Wiltshire Borders. There are two divisions with the First X1s comprising Division One and Second Elevens Division Two. Matches are played on a Sunday on a Home and away basis. It is intended to carry news of the Border League - results, fixtures, leading performances etc. |
