Expected Behaviour

Unfortunately there has been a general and marked decline in the standards of behaviour being experienced in both the SEPCL and the Hampshire Cricket Leagues. This is being evidenced in Umpires reports, disciplinary announcements [and accompanying bans] and club comments and complaints which have now reached a level whereby the Hampshire League has felt it necessary to issue a document “Expected Behaviour” so as to remind all clubs and players as to what is required.

Andover CC fully supports the Spirit of Cricket principles and reflects this in its own disciplinary code and practices. Whilst we are confident that all of our players will act in accordance with these standards and principles whenever and wherever they are representing the club, we also wish to promote these values whenever we can and so would ask all players and club members to look at the document issued by the Hampshire League and ensure they are familiar with its contents and our own disciplinary code.
