Match report Andover V team travelled to East Tytherley and on a good track the home side batted on a hot day having won the toss. East Tytherley opening batsman attack from the start and put on 155 for the first wicket before John Coppelstone made the first breakthrough. In the second part of the Innings Andover bowled much better with P Knight 2-61 and M Souter 2-45 taken important wickets and restricting the home side to 256-5.
For the second week running Andover failed to put a substantial partnership together and were dismissed for 139 with B Clarke 32, P Knight 29 and R Ward 23 contributing..
