As you may have guessed, the AGM will have to work differently this year due to the restrictions on face-to-face meetings. The meeting will happen via Zoom at 7.30pm on Friday 12th February on the link below - if you have any difficulties or concerns about joining the meeting virtually, then please get in touch with Ali Hooper who will be able to offer his best tech wisdom.

There will be a few housekeeping rules for the meeting:
- Everyone will be muted apart from the agenda item leads.
- If you have questions or proposals related to the attached items, please submit them in advance to email@example.com
- If you have questions on the night, please notify us in the chat function and we will unmute you to talk (try to keep these to a minimum to enable a smooth meeting).
- 'Proposers' and 'seconders' will be done via the chat function. Just type the word 'proposed' or 'seconded' in the chat box and we'll know it is you.
